We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your Trixie Cosmetics purchase, but if you are not totally satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
